Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
HorizonWest does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. To opt out, you can:
- Enable your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — we honor GPC as a valid opt-out request.
- Email privacy@horizonwestcre.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
- Adjust cookie preferences in your browser to block non-essential cookies.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
HorizonWest uses sensitive personal information only to evaluate and administer a specific transaction you initiate. We do not use it to infer characteristics about you and we do not sell or share it. If you would still like us to limit our use, email privacy@horizonwestcre.com with the subject "Limit Sensitive PI."
Authorized agent
You can authorize another person to submit these requests on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and reasonable verification of your identity.
Response time
We aim to respond to requests within 15 business days of receipt and to fulfill valid requests within the timelines required by the CCPA.
