- Directly from you, when you submit an intake form, contact us, or correspond by email.
- From brokers, agents, and other counterparties acting on your behalf.
- From public records (assessor data, GIS, county records) that we associate with parcels you or others have submitted.
- Automatically, through cookies and analytics on our website.
4. Purposes for collecting personal information
- Evaluate parcels and development opportunities.
- Contact you regarding a submission, LOI, or transaction.
- Prepare feasibility, entitlement, or underwriting materials.
- Coordinate with brokers, lenders, title companies, and JV counterparties for a specific transaction.
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Comply with legal, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations.
5. How we share personal information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers that host our site (Vercel), provide email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), analytics providers, and similar vendors, in each case bound by contract to use the information only for our purposes.
- Transaction counterparties such as brokers, sellers, buyers, lenders, title/escrow companies, attorneys, and JV partners — only in connection with a specific transaction you or a counterparty has initiated.
- Legal recipients such as courts, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
